The visa problem is a persistent barrier to the exchange between young people from Germany and Russia. As the Alumni Association of the German-Russian Youth Parliament (DRJUG e.V.), we want to make a change and we want to draw attention to this problem. This is why we have launched a visa memorandum to collect subscriptions from individuals and institutions who share the vision of youth exchange between countries. We are pleased to be already supported by Dirk Wiese, member of the Bundestag and Coordinator for Intersocietal Cooperation with Russia, Central Asia and the Eastern Partnership Countries.
